Ron founded RDM Management Group in 1984, with a core focus on technology and communications strategy. Ron has been at the forefront of helping clients adapt to the rapidly changing technology landscape. The firm's clients include organizations in the private and public sector. Ron has acquired unique knowledge while employed at companies such as the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), the Government of Ontario and distributors of IT and telecommunications equipment. Ron has an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Master's Certification in Innovation Leadership from the University of Fredericton. He teaches innovation leadership strategy to 4th year University Business Commerce students in Canada. He was a Director for the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce.

Head of the firm’s financial consulting and business valuation practice. Much of David's experience has focused on consulting start-ups and SME clients in corporate development to improve firm value. David is a former equity research associate from CIBC World Markets where he was tasked with analyzing and valuing publicly traded technology (i.e. Software and IT services, hardware and equipment) equities on the Toronto Stock Exchange. David holds an MBA from McMaster University with a specialization in Finance and Strategic Business Valuation and is currently in the process of completing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) professional designations.
